Refugee Week: BBC Radio Cornwall and Iman’s Syrian Food

As part of Refugee Week, our trustee Rae had the opportunity to join Iman, from Iman’s Syrian Food Truck, on BBC Radio Cornwall’s ‘New Beginnings’ show.

Iman fled the war in Syria nearly ten years ago. Since resettling in Falmouth with her family, she has shared her culture through her love of cooking. With the support of 99p Films, she now runs a successful food truck business, catering events and festivals across Cornwall.
